Beerenberg has launched an extensive initiative to promote trade certificates (fagbrev) in order to meet increasing customer demands and ensure a competent workforce in the ISO industry. The company recognizes the need for qualified skilled workers, especially as many experienced employees with trade certificates approach retirement age.

Paths to Obtaining a Trade Certificate
Beerenberg offers several options for earning a trade certificate:
1. Traditional Path:** Vocational high school followed by an apprenticeship period.
2. Apprenticeship Contract for Adults Over 21: A 4-year apprenticeship, with the possibility of reduction based on prior experience.
3. Trade Certificate at Work” Contract: Available to applicants with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
4. Practical Candidate Path: For employees with 5 years of relevant experience, who can take the theoretical exam and go directly to the trade certificate test.
Support for Employees with Dyslexia
Beerenberg has implemented support measures for employees with reading and writing difficulties:
- Tailored teaching
- Use of assistive tools
- Support from certified therapists for diagnosis
These initiatives ensure equal opportunities for all employees to achieve a trade certificate, regardless of challenges.
