Quick and Easy Installation
Benarx Structure Panel consists of segments assembled with eccentric locks, pop rivets, or tightening bands. This combination allows for quick and easy installation and disassembly where inspection and maintenance are necessary.
The system is used both as new passive fire protection to encapsulate unprotected steel or as a repair solution to encapsulate old fire protection without necessarily needing to remove it.
The panels are highly robust and maintain their mechanical integrity throughout the system's lifecycle. The product has a long proven track record in everything from arctic to tropical environments and can be installed in all weather conditions without requiring weather cover.

Application
Benarx Structure Panel can be tailored to fit any geometry. Beams, structural nodes, bolt zones, columns, tanks, and larger wall surfaces are some examples. The system can also be supplied in flat panels that are cut to fit and assembled on-site.
For complex geometries, the product can be mounted using special fastening solutions such as tension profiles, threaded rods, or clamps where it is not possible to attach the product in a self-supporting manner. The product can also be supplied with inspection hatches to facilitate easy access and inspection of the underlying structure.
The prefabricated solution saves valuable installation time, resulting in reduced need for bed spaces, helicopter transport, and significantly reduced HSE impact as work with active chemicals and solvents is avoided. Also, in onshore facilities, the prefabricated solution can demonstrate significant savings compared to onsite wet-applied PFP.
In rehabilitation scenarios, Benarx Structure Panel is particularly advantageous as it can be mounted on top of the existing PFP solution, eliminating the need to remove old PFP coating to apply new PFP.
